EKWC headed to the southwest side of West Chester to pay a visit to Renew Laser and Aesthetic Medicine located in the East Bradford Shops just right off of Bradford Avenue. We met with Stefani who knows every facet of the business. Right now, Stepanie is the office manager and her speciality is keeping the office running along with making sure the social media is always current. Stefani was happy to share Renew’s journey throughout the years. Michele Zimmerman along with her husband Karl founded the business in 2018 in Kennett Square and opened their second location in West Chester in 2023. Michele started her career in Critical Care as an RN followed by receiving her Master of Science degree which led her to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Karl is a physician who has consistently been ranked in in Top Docs of Main Line and Philadelphia. Karl and Michele have completed advanced trainings in esthetic medicine. They live in the WC borough and love being a part of the business community in their hometown. The pair takes pride in their staff where each member has their own specialty. We also met with Karly who is a licensed Esthetician and her specialty is acne treatments. The West Chester location staffs four Estheticians, a laser specialist, and 2 nurses certified in injectables along with a Physician Assistant injector. The Medical Spa offers many treatments and specializes in enhancement and rejuvenation. They consider their office to be a sensitive space and address each patient individually, listening to their goals and customizing the perfect plan for them. Services include Botox, dermal fillers, acne programs, Hydra Facials, microneedling, chemical peels, hair removal to really just name a few.
